Welcome to DecorAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DecorAI mobile application ("App"), website, and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Ensemble Technologies ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Services.
DecorAI provides an AI-powered interior design platform that allows users to visualize different design styles in their spaces. Our Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Our Services allow you to upload, submit, store, send, or receive content such as photos of your spaces ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that User Content.
By uploading User Content, you grant DecorAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ensemble Technologies and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Ensemble Technologies.
In no event shall Ensemble Technologies, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
